In the first quarter of 2007, BT Trading Group will
launch a securities division which will offer securities brokerage, as well as
auto-trade and investment advisor programs for exchange traded funds,
equity options and sector
mutual funds (Rydex, Profunds, & Direxion Funds). Combined with
our futures and forex divisions, our
securities brokerage division will make BT Trading Group your one stop broker
for all securities and derivative market investment products.

Programs
Unlike any other broker on the common market, BT Trading
Group will offer Investment Advisor programs on securities
culled from popular existing trading advisory services.
Choose from existing trading advisory programs or bring us
one of your own. You may trade these advisory programs
on any exchange traded fund or any of these families of
mutual funds: Rydex Funds, ProFunds or
Direxion Funds (formerly Patomic Funds). We
will also offer trading advisory services for equity
options and individual stocks.

Execution Desk
We have a dedicated equity options spread execution desk to
assist customers in the evaluation and pricing of options
spreads. Our staff is well versed in options
strategies and is able to identify the best exchange on
which to execute an options spread order.
As of January 2007, our
expected launch date will be in late February or early March.
