Scarecrow Trading Systems was founded by Len Fox, a market consultant who has designed several money management strategies to direct client assets.  His two systems are designed for e-mini index markets.

Scarecrow Futures uses a 100% mechanical approach for market position allocations. The signal targets opportunities where the short-term direction of the market can be predicted with high probability. The signal is composed of several different indicators that are combined based on correlation, performance, data dependence diversity, and trading frequency. The indicator then utilizes a proprietary methodology in applying the signal to a given market position.

Scarecrow Futures takes either a long and short position in the market depending on the opportunity identified. The signal also will increase or decrease portfolio exposure based on the strength of the signal. Three indexes are used in the establishment of the market position:  e-mini NASDAQ 100 – e-mini S&P500 - e-mini Russell 2000.
